Community Volunteer Hours
This is the new PASR Community Service Survey form (rev. 2026) for reporting the number of hours per PASR/YCPASR year (July 1through June 30) that chapter members volunteered. This document is an Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) file that is fillable as a PDF, or it can be printed and filled out by hand. PASR compiles total member volunteer hours across the nearly 70 local PASR chapters as a means of demonstrating the value added to our communities by our active and retired school employee members.
