What is YCPASR?
What is YCPASR, you ask? What do we do? When do we meet?
Who we are: We are retired Public School Employees, former employees, active employees over age 50, or anyone (spouse, significant other, friend, neighbor) interested in the work of our organization.
What we do: Our Mission Statement says it all: To serve others in the community and help each other enjoy retirement. We meet for fellowship, to learn from informational speakers, enjoy each other’s company, and do a bit of traveling for those who are interested.
When we meet: 4 times a year, for lunch usually in March, May, August, and November.
Where we meet: Wyndham Garden York, 2000 Loucks Road, York, PA.
Why we belong: We stay active in our community and well informed about how actions by our State Legislature may impact our economic well-being.
How we make a difference in our community: To serve our Mission Statement, we help to support future generations through scholarships, and we support a number of social service projects and programs to help strengthen our local community
Enclosed you will find a membership form on the back of this letter and YCPASR brochure. We hope you will join us and become a YCPASR family member!
If you have additional questions, please check out other tabs on our website and be sure to take a look at our brochure.
